Q. When you're not working, what do you love to do in your free time?
A. Travel the world. I’ve been to 5 of the 7 continents.
Q. Tell us more about your story and your career.
A. I grew up in Los Angeles. I’ve always been around the industry. I actually wanted to do makeup first. In my early 20s, I assisted with a celebrity hairstylist that pushed me to go to school and get my license. Best thing I’ve ever done. I’ve been in the industry for about 15 years and picked up makeup 6 years into that. I work in salons doing cut and color when I’m not doing weddings. I’ve also worked in salon product education. If it has to do with hair and beauty I’ve done it.
Q. Where are your favorite locations or venues to work?
A. I think Bel Air Bay Club is my favorite venue in LA. The staff is awesome, there’s parking, and the views are unbeatable.
Q. What is a current beauty trend you fully stand behind?
A. Love a bridal/bridesmaid ponytail!
Q. What is your favorite part of a wedding day?
A. Community/Family, our friends that became family, laughter…and obviously dancing. Seeing everyone you love in one place together.
