Riley Canty, Founder & CEO of The Yes Girls, Gets Her Own Dream Day at Monserate Winery, Published in California Wedding Day Magazine

It was an honor when Riley, founder and CEO of The Yes Girls, reached out for her own dream day at Monserate Winery! She has created such a booming business orchestrating proposals and the most special moments in her couple’s lives. Now it was her turn to be celebrated! I created a makeup look that melded her mood board vision with her desire to look and feel like herself.

I felt like myself in my bridal makeup which was one of my struggles with previous trials with other companies. Joseph, an Air Force pilot, proposed to Riley on Catalina Island after taking her on a flight for the first time. From there, the couple’s love story soared ever higher. Riley envisioned a classic Italian garden atmosphere for their wedding, so the couple chose Monserate Winery in Fallbrook. The venue’s cobblestone architecture, ceramic pots and lush greenery all contributed to the timeless Italianate theme. Every detail was chosen to create a whimsical, familial atmosphere, including Riley’s favorite flowers, ranunculus. The ceremony took place outdoors, bathed in sunlight, with a charming pond and fountain making for a magical backdrop.”
