Samantha is absolutely incredible! My wife and I (two brides) got married in Palm Springs mid-October. We both had a similar vision for our makeup - we wanted to look great in pictures but be recognizable in person. Samantha did an amazing job executing our vision. She used the perfect amount of foundation coverage (I had a couple recent acne scars to cover, but my wife's freckles still showed through enough to still feel like her) and contoured our natural features perfectly. She was so gentle with touch-ups after I cried my eyes out at our first look, and her overall vibes the entire morning were so calming and comforting. Would highly recommend Samantha for any event, and would not hesitate to book her again!

Amazing and extremely kind makeup artist. I felt so awful because the space to do my wedding party's hair and makeup was so small, but they worked in the space like it was no big deal. I'm so grateful they were so understanding.

I found Emily by chance through her Instagram page and after looking at her work there and on her website, I reached out immediately. Everything from start to finish was the most wonderful experience with Emily and her team. When looking for vendors, especially HMU, it can feel overwhelming and I didn't know where to begin. I'm so glad I found her! Emily made understanding how to work with her very easy and she was the most perfect person to have with us on my wedding day. She did hair and makeup for me and three bridesmaids. The makeup and hair products she uses are gentle but long lasting, and I didn't have to touch up anything throughout the wedding and reception. I even purchased several of the products she used on me because the products worked so well. Emily's work is priceless and I felt so beautiful on my wedding day.

Emily was beyond amazing. She knew that I didn't feel very comfortable wearing a ton of makeup and was so kind, thoughtful and intentional about doing my makeup and hair in a way that made me feel like me :). I received so many compliments on how it looked incredibly natural and beautiful. She even helped me pick out flowers to pin into my hair! My trial with her was so awesome- she really made sure I felt tended to while finding the perfect colors for my makeup, and helped me pick the best hairstyle for me with my dress, face shape- you name it, all of the considerations! I highly recommend a trial with Emily/ hair and makeup team, because honestly, it will help you figure. out what does NOT work, as much as it helps you nail down what DOES! She and her team helped tremendously with a schedule that had some changes midway through the planning process, and were so helpful in coordinating with vendors to nail the overall wedding-day timeline. She's going to bring the best vibes to my wedding day, and kick it off with the best energy and vibes, and make all of her brides feel pampered and super special for a day that involves so much time and investment! Erin did our makeup, and she enhanced our features with a gorgeous, light touch. It never felt like we were wearing makeup, yet it lasted all day and night! I cannot recommend Emily Lynn & Co highly enough! I had the pleasure of working with Sooyon (makeup) and Andy (hair) for my wedding, and they were nothing short of phenomenal. Their talent, professionalism, and warmth made the entire experience seamless for myself and my bridal party. Sooyon is incredibly skilled. She listened to what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and executed everything flawlessly. The most important thing to me was for my natural skin and features to shine, and she truly made me feel like the most beautiful version of myself. I wish I could've kept my makeup on forever! Andy did an incredible job with my bridal hair, helping me nail down my vision and executing perfectly. He also did a fantastic job on the updo and half updo for my bridal party. Everyone was raving about Sooyon and Andy's work!

I had the pleasure of having Colette do hair and makeup for my wedding last month and she did such an amazing job! I got my hair and makeup done and Colette also did hair for both moms of the bride and groom and sister of the bride. She worked quickly and efficiently, showed up on time, and executed exactly what we wanted. I did not do a trial so I was a little nervous but Colette went above and beyond. It was over 90° the day of our wedding and my makeup stayed put all through the night! The best part was the end of the night, we and all our guests jumped in the pool fully clothed. I didn’t have makeup streaming down my face at all! Thank you Colette!

I chose Emily Lynn + Co for my wedding day makeup, and I could not be happier with my choice. Colette is an incredibly talented makeup artist, and she made me feel absolutely beautiful! I wanted a nice, natural look, and she more than delivered. Yuya and Sooyon also joined Colette and did a wonderful job with everyone's makeup. I believe Yuya did my grandma's makeup (apologies it could have been Sooyon, there was a lot going on), and she made my grandma look and feel absolutely fabulous! It brought me so much joy seeing the care and attention she gave my grandmother. Overall, they did an incredible job, everyone was happy with their makeup (which if you've ever been a bridesmaid and had your makeup done, you know that's next to impossible), and working with them was the most incredible way to start my wedding day. Emily was the absolute sweetest. She did a phenomenal job in not only making everyone feel comfortable and at home in her chair but in making us each look like absolute goddesses! She knocked my bridal hair and makeup out of the park and stayed communicative and open through the process. One person in our party has a hair piece and she styled her hair fabulously and made her feel gorgeous (as she is) and a few ladies were older in the group and she had them feeling 21 again. Also we literally felt like old friends catching up from the minute my booty sat down. Hire her and her team for your event. Worth every penny for the quality experience and results 💕

If no one else, Emily is the only person I would want to see on a stressful wedding day. She has a calming energy and is beautiful inside and out. We worked with Emily for a test day, a pre-wedding shoot, a wedding day and 2 wedding celebration days. Emily jumped through hoops to make sure we were covered. She did H/MU for both me, my husband and my mother. We all have different styles and preferred looks and we all looked fabulous. And like ourselves! I need to come up with another event just so I can hire Emily again to do my makeup/hair.

This was the best choice for my wedding! The team was so on top of timing, booking, and scheduling my trial. My artist Jenny was wonderful, friendly and did such a perfect job. She was also incredibly punctual! I would highly recommend and would absolutely use their service again for another special event.

Kelsea was more than just an MUA she was like another bestie!! The whole time she got me and my bridesmaids glammed up she made me feel comfortable and at home and really just beautiful throughout the entire process. I feel so lucky that they connected me with the amazing Yuya! I wanted natural makeup and easy waves and Yuya executed perfectly - it was the best hair and makeup I've ever had. Also she was so fun and easy-going and open to last-minute tweaks, we loved having her there on the day. She has a background in fashion, you can tell she has great taste, and I completely trusted her. Oh my goodness - Emily Lynn and her INCREDIBLE team are simply beyond words. As someone who has not always been comfortable with getting her hair and makeup done and was intimidated by the beauty process of my wedding, Emily Lynn and her team helped me to feel so incredibly safe, supported, and full of ease both on the day of my wedding and leading up to it! Emily and Collette worked so hard to help both myself and my whole bridal party, and mother and mother in law feel SO incredibly calm, comfortable, and excited for the day. Emily Lynn did the hair and makeup for my wedding and couldn't have been more amazing! Joey, Sooyoon and Josie were our artists and they were consumate professionals: they arrived on time, and we even ran early so there was no rushing at the end.
