Get to know Celina…

Q. When you’re not working, what do you love to do in your free time?
A. I feel fuled by nature in my free time. Paddle boarding, swimming in the ocean with my daughter, and hiking in the Palos Verdes Coves.

Q. Tell us more about your story and your career.
A. I have been doing hair and makeup for 20 years. When I’m not working weddings, I’m a colorist in a salon. I feel so incredibly beyond lucky to have found a career that I can pour my whole heart into. In turn it pours back into me.

Q. Where are your favorite locations or venues to work?
A. Bel Air Bay Club, Calamigos Ranch, The Proper DTLA.

Q. What is a current beauty trend you fully stand behind?
A. Glowy skin, creating a luminescent look that is bronzy, champagne-y and glowing!

Q. Please tell us more about your art.
A. Being well rounded in my art and continuing to refine my craft is very important to me. I love being able to do hair, makeup, mens grooming, color, cut and men’s cuts - I love it all.

Q. What fuels you in your career?
A. The people I encounter fuel my career. it is an honor to be able to provide an experience for some of the most amazing people I’ve met on their most special day!

Q. What you enjoy most about working with brides and bridal parties?
A. It is always such a fun atmosphere!

Q. What is your favorite part of a wedding day?
A. Seeing the complete look with the hair, makeup, the dress and watching the closest people to her there to see it all come together.
