When it came time to plan their special day, they used all of the inspiration they’d gathered from friends’ and loved ones’ celebrations as a jumping off point and then got to personalizing. “We kept coming back to the questions: What do we care about? And then, What’s our version of that?” say Angela + Louis. “With this in mind, we skipped a lot of traditions entirely and opted to really go all out on the details that felt like ‘us.’”

The result was their very own lush + eclectic DTLA greenhouse wedding at Valentine by Marvimon, which, with the help of So Smitten Events, was packed with color and charm. Bold statement florals abounded, non-essential traditions were ditched, and Angela’s perfectly pastel purple wedding gown absolutely stole the show.”
