This dreamy, intimate elopement on the coast of Big Sur is what boho wedding DREAMS are made of!!! When this bride from Texas emailed me about her destination elopement, I could not have been more excited to travel back for work! Their photos + video so beautifully capture that “adventure couple” vibe.

For hair and makeup, the vision was a very whimsical, boho look perfect for a first look in the forest. For makeup, we kept emphasis on the eyes for a bold yet effortless look. Airbrush makeup of course! For hair, we incorporated the bride’s gorgeous bridal crown hair accessory with a half up/half down messy braided hairstyle. I think it absolutely paired with the gorgeous west coast waves and intimate forest setting! The bride and groom’s hotel, the “Tickle Pink Inn” in Carmel, overlooked the stunning views of Big Sur’s coastline - the perfect spot for getting ready photos.
