Bride chose 60’s inspired look for her destination wedding at The 1909 in Topanga Canyon, CA

The 1909 in Topanga Canyon provided the perfect backdrop for our Seattle couple’s destination wedding. Nestled in the hills of Southern California, this enchanting venue boasts a blend of rustic charm and modern elegance, ideal for couples seeking a romantic and unforgettable wedding experience. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the canyon, the bride's vision came to life.

Our bride opted for a 60's-inspired hair and makeup look, which perfectly complemented the other details and creative choices of her wedding day. For her hair, we created a timeless half-up, half-down hairstyle with soft, voluminous curls cascading down her back. To elevate the look, we added some subtle volume at the crown, reminiscent of iconic 60's styles.

For makeup, we focused on creating a flawless, dewy complexion that would radiate a natural, healthy glow. To emphasize the 60's theme, we opted for a soft, neutral eyeshadow palette, and a well-defined cat-eye, accentuated by voluminous lashes. For the finishing touch, we chose a bold lip color.
