Providing bridal hair and makeup services for this destination wedding in Playa Del Carmen/Riviera Maya was one of the highlights of my year! I flew from Los Angeles to Cancun, Mexico then drove about an hour south to beautiful Riviera Maya. The entire wedding weekend of events were held at Banyan Tree Mayakoba. One of the most uniquely serene and breathtaking resorts and venues I’ve ever been to.

I provided the hair and makeup for the bride and the moms for three days of events, which was really fun because we got to play around with different looks, from a nod of 70’s straight hairstyle for rehearsal dinner, to a romantic half up half down hairstyle perfect for the wedding ceremony on the beach.

This LA couple planned the dreamiest destination wedding with the help of Carole from the Bright Blue Events team. And seriously WHAT a wedding they pulled off! One of my favorite choices they made was to enter the reception from a boat ride with fireworks in the background… yes that really happened.

I feel so honored to be included in my client’s most cherished celebrations and it’ll never get old to me!!!!
